OVERVIEW1) How to Know a Product Has Warranty

  • Warranty appears as a label on the product page with duration and terms.
  • If no warranty label is displayed, the product is not covered. In such cases, the Return Policy applies: 14-day change of mind and 30-day manufacturing defect.

Retain your tax invoice, warranty card (if provided), and original packaging for smoother claims.

COVERAGE2) What Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Brand-specific conditions may apply (duration/process differ per product).
  • Furniture: warranty applies only if assembled by AklHome and kept at the original delivery location.
  • Appliances & Electronics: may require proof of purchase and manufacturer activation.

EXCLUSIONS3) Not Covered

  • Misuse, overloading, or use outside the intended purpose.
  • Mattresses, We do not provide a warranty for mattresses except for AklHome-branded ones. For other brands, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Accidents/cosmetic damage: stains, spills, scratches, tears, breakage.
  • Installation/repair by unauthorized technicians or moving furniture from the original location.

KITCHENS4) Full Kitchens

  • Not eligible for return or cancellation
  • Covered by 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Orders are confirmed after full pre-payment.

CLAIMS5) How to Use Warranty

  • Within 30 days of delivery: you may opt for a return under the Return Policy if the issue is a manufacturing defect.
  • After 30 days: contact Customer Service with order details and description of the issue. A&E may require the tax invoice and brand claim/activation.
  • Some products require claims to be made directly with the manufacturer or authorized agent.
