START 1) How to Request a Return

  • Within 24 hours: report shipping damage (3 photos or 1 video).
  • Within 48 hours: report missing parts / wrong item / visible defect (3 photos or 1 video).
  • Within 14 days: request change-of-mind return ( original condition ).
  • Within 30 days: request manufacturing defect return.

Include order number, detailed reason, and packaging condition. Remove passwords and personal data from electronics before return.

AT DELIVERY. 2) Rejecting an Item on Delivery

Inspect during delivery. You may reject immediately for visible damage or discrepancy. (Full refund applies when accepted.)

14 DAYS 3) Change of Mind

  • All in-stock items eligible within 14 days if unused, with all accessories & gifts, in original packaging.
  • On-demand/custom products are not eligible.

Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., mattresses, pillows, bedding) are not returnable if opened.

30 DAYS 4) Manufacturing Defects

  • Eligible within 30 days of delivery; attach 3 photos or 1 video.

If warranty also applies, you may choose a return (within 30 days) or warranty service thereafter.

WARRANTY 5) Warranty Clarification

  • If the product page displays a warranty label, warranty applies as stated.
  • If no warranty label is shown, the product is not covered by warranty. In such cases, only the return windows apply: 14-day change of mind and 30-day manufacturing defect.

EXCLUSIONS 6) Non-Returnable Items

  • On-demand or custom-made products.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products if opened (mattresses, pillows, bedding).
  • Products without original packaging/seal.
  • Products misused or assembled by non-AklHome personnel.

REFUNDS. 7) Refund Process

  • Refunds start after warehouse inspection & validation.
  • Timeline: 5–14 working days (subject to bank/provider).
  • Refunds go to the original payment method. No cash refunds.
